You are providing the cost of a cremation with chapel facilities on Saturdays (ie your Saturday Fee with Chapel Hire). Your price should be in £, including VAT (if applicable) and should include the following services: • All professional and environmental fees relating to the administration and registration of the Cremation in line with statutory requirements; • The use of Chapel and attendance of Chapel Assistant on the day of the service; • The use of media system to play music before, during and after the service; • The scattering of ashes within the Garden of Remembrance or the preparation of the ashes for their removal, along with a Cremation Certificate; or the care of ashes for a period of up to 3 months before receiving final instructions.
Add ons to this basic cremation service can be specified at additional cost as follows:
Additional time in chapel;
Penalty for exceeding permitted time;
Live and on-demand webcast of service;
Additional media-related services including tributes/ recordings etc;
Use of organ and optionally, organist;
Provision of bearers;
Weekend scattering of ashes;
You can add these as additional products or as “product add-ons” as required.
You must specify the hours of operation that you offer this product. You must also specify the duration of your slots (blocks).
