Send Condolence Messages and/or Sympathy Cards

Within every Death Notice and Funeral Notice is a facility to send Condolence Messages to the bereaved, and for the bereaved to respond within a safe and secure environment. Like all our Funeral Notice Services this is a premium quality service offered entirely free of charge.

Photographs, memories and other media can be included in Messages of Condolence and both senders and recipients can choose to add stickers to their messages which are appropriate to bereavement and mourning.

Messages of Condolence sent through the system can be publicly visible to all, or sent privately to be only viewed by the bereaved—responses can also either be set to be publicly visible or only to be read by the sender.

Our systems actively monitor both public and private messages for mischievous, malicious and inappropriate content. Private information (including email addresses) are not disclosed to either party (unless you choose to do so).

In addition to messages of condolence we also provide a service to send free sympathy cards via email. Our sympathy cards are available in either secular or religious themes and we offer a range that is faith-specific.

Sympathy cards are left blank so you can write your own message. They can be sent both to relatives of the deceased either listed on the site or worldwide, but for cards sent outside the ambit of the site you will need to have an email address for the recipient.
