This is a small and intimate gathering of family and friends to reflect and remember their loved one on the day of their cremation in the quieter morning times of the Crematorium. Music can be played, a few words can be spoken and memories exchanged. Ashes can be scattered in the crematorium grounds or collected for scattering elsewhere.

The brand new Cannock Chase Crematorium sits in 12 acres of grass and woodlands which is home to a wide variety of animal species. Most of the land has been kept unspoilt and we aim to encourage more wildlife through careful habitat management.
Within this space sits The Fair Lady Memorial Gardens, offering attractive walks and spaces for quiet contemplation and remembering, where soft flowing grasses are interspersed with pools of colour from herbaceous ornamental flowering plants
The ceremony hall seats 140 guests and is flooded with light from a large picture window. A further 80 people can follow the service on screens in our indoor waiting area.
The coffin will rest in the centre of everyone’s view, against the backdrop of beautifully landscaped memorial gardens.
You have one hour between services, so take your time. Tailor your service in our Ceremony Hall by making your music selection from a huge range of genres, displaying photographs or videos of your time together, live streaming the service to those unable to travel, or recording it all for posterity. Our staff will help you say goodbye in whatever way you need to.
Families can access an extensive music library and create visual tributes through our media partner Obitus.
We have the facility to webcast or record services.
Screens are also situated in the waiting room.
We have an induction loop for the hard of hearing.
