Memorialise comes with a fully functional e-store where you can list any products, offers, upgrades and alternatives: Add coffin choices and options; different hearse options; build whole new packages to appeal to different interest and ethnic groups. And build relationships with other service store owners to get affiliate commission on a range of other products such as stationery and flowers.

Your Bookings

All funeral arrangement requests are alerted by email and have a push-button option to accept, reschedule and refuse. The paperwork is automatically created by the back-office and can be set to meet your payment terms. We can optionally integrate the Memorialise system with your back-office. Payment can be made by card at any time and is automatically made to you. Funeral Finance is available so you never need to worry about payment on any Funeral.

We offer a free funeral notice service on all funerals you organise whether booked with us or not. Funeral notices include our free services for funeral invitations management, condolence messaging, charitable donations management. You can optionally receive a feed of any notices and tributes to display on your own website.

Your Aftersales

Our optional funeral aftercare service is available on both funeral notices placed with us and funerals sold through us. The service offers reviews and ratings generation, reputation management as well as solicitation of sales of headstones and other memorialisation products through your Memorialise e-store.

Based on statutory CMA Ordered disclosure, after September 16th we will be publishing accurate Pricing Information and listings for every Funeral Director and Crematorium in the UK including yours, all searchable by postcode from TR19 7AA to KW1 4YT. (That’s Land’s End to John o’Groats but we do Northern Ireland too). Any funeral venue and funeral director we list can accept bookings from us in a single click if they want. Or not. If you are signed up, for the public a booking is a single click away. If you’re not signed up and they still want to book they will have to look you up. Hot Tip – they won’t, they will choose the nearest priced available bookable option instead.
  3. We’re a “not for profit” independent advice service not tied to any funeral group or organisation. What we do

Memorialise enables funeral directors to outsource notices, condolences and charity donations to the memorialise portal – which provides an attractive and intuitive interface for the bereaved and mourners. The service is largely self-managed by the customer with full message and telephone support available.
Charity payments are fully accounted and transferred to our charity partners with accounts prepared and receipts, thank you letters and paperwork properly directed. The portal creates a lasting Memorial Wall which can be used to share memories, photographs, music and video. A Book of Remembrance enables the deceased to be remembered on specific dates (birthday, wedding anniversary etc) for years to come.
The customer receives a Bereavement Pack which gives them access to additional financial and legal services with “special privilege” coupons available. The funeral director may have services of their own added to the Bereavement Pack (typically Memorial items).
Any services purchased generate a commission for the Funeral Director through their user area with full detailed marketing information. All services supplied to customers are provided through fully regulated and authorised firms (as appropriate). The system is fully compliant with all data protection laws..

What you must do

Add notices of your funerals you organise to Memorialise’s Death and Funeral Notices. Every funeral you add generates a tribute page with references to the deceased and the funeral location. Try it out – you can always delete it later.

What you get

The bereaved will receive a bereavement pack as a PDF and the ability to manage their notices and responses through their customer dashboard. The customer dashboard gives access to additional support and advice including bereavement support and financial and legal advice relating to probate. Any sale made to that customer will generate a commission to you, payable through your management area.
