Memorialise comes with a fully functional e-store where you can list any products, offers, upgrades and alternatives: Add coffin choices and options; different hearse options; build whole new packages to appeal to different interest and ethnic groups. And build relationships with other service store owners to get affiliate commission on a range of other products such as stationery and flowers.

Your Bookings

All funeral arrangement requests are alerted by email and have a push-button option to accept, reschedule and refuse. The paperwork is automatically created by the back-office and can be set to meet your payment terms. We can optionally integrate the Memorialise system with your back-office. Payment can be made by card at any time and is automatically made to you. Funeral Finance is available so you never need to worry about payment on any Funeral.

Your Funeral Notices

We offer a free funeral notice service on all funerals you organise whether booked with us or not. Funeral notices include our free services for funeral invitations management, condolence messaging, charitable donations management. You can optionally receive a feed of any notices and tributes to display on your own website.

Your Aftersales

Our optional funeral aftercare service is available on both funeral notices placed with us and funerals sold through us. The service offers reviews and ratings generation, reputation management as well as solicitation of sales of headstones and other memorialisation products through your Memorialise e-store.

  1. Claim and edit your listings to build and shape your FREE online presence. It starts with the postcode. Use the postcode search on our front page to find out if we have already added your branches. You can add as many branches as you like. There’s no charge to be listed. If your locations are already on the site it’s one click to claim and add-to and edit your listings. It’s easy to add a new listing or edit an existing one, change photographs add logos, awards, affiliations and list your services.
  2. Sign up for our FREE Rate and Review Service and automatically enable bookings. We only want Good Firms on Memorialise which deliver the best quality service in their price bracket. Which is why you have been invited. So to keep out the riff-raff our bookings service is only available to firms who agree to benefit from our FREE TrustPilot-style Rate and Review” service. To do so you need to place all all your Funeral Notices with us — not just the ones booked through Memorialise. Your customer can rate and review your services and we show your Ratings and Reviews on your listing. There is no better way of securing more arrangements, not just on Memorialise but also on your own website where you can show your Memorialise Ratings using our Free Widget.
  3. Set and add your pricing. Adding and updating prices on Memorialise is simple. You complete a very simple form and we will do the rest. We currently add the following products:○ Full Service Funeral;

    Direct Cremation;
    ○ Direct Burial.Simply omit pricing for any products or services you don’t provide and we won’t show them. The price you set is the price you will receive from the customer less our 5% commission

Summary of Our Terms

Our terms are simple and fair:

  • We do not charge anything up front if you take our free Aftersales Rate and Review Service — we only charge a 5% commission on the billable work we generate for you;
  • The commission is on your fees only and does not include external expenses;
  • If a funeral does not take place or is not billable you will not be charged;
  • We take credit cards and debit cards on your behalf which are immediately credited to you at the time of customer payment. You can accept a deposit and charge the remainder after the Funeral. We offer Funeral Safe finance on any sale over £495. Any finance commissions accrue to us but you will get paid in full on the amount borrowed;
  • Your listing comes with a shop where you can provide various upsells to your service including various upgrades including coffins, carriages and memorialisation (which also incur 5% commission)
