W Sherry & Sons was founded in 1850, and has been run by the Sherry family ever since. The company is currently under the direct control of the fifth, sixth and seventh generations, Robin, Neil and Brooke Sherry, respectively. The company has nine branches in total in West London and the Greater London Middlesex Suburbs.
We are founder members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, and are part of SAIF – the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors, set up to promote the benefits of, and to act for the smaller family run business, as opposed to the large nationally and internationally owned funeral groups.
We are the appointed Funeral Directors for the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Harrow, Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea local authority funerals.

Our service to you starts from the moment you contact us, whether by telephone or personal visit, and often extends way beyond the day of the funeral.
On initial contact we will ask you for preliminary details, whether the deceased has passed away in a hospital, private nursing home or at home we will arrange the conveyance of the deceased to our premises. We would then organise a time and place to suit the family, for the funeral to be arranged to a standard and procedure that meets the needs and requirements of those concerned.
We can help with any other item you may feel necessary, including Horse-Drawn Hearses, Service Sheets, Obituary Notices, In Memoriam Cards etc. We can also advise on suitable venues and caterers, if you wish to hold a reception after the funeral. Please feel free to ask for any other item, however unusual you think it may be.
