£2,850.00 If cost is less of a concern and you require a fully tailored funeral this option provides you with the opportunity to create a fully bespoke funeral to perfectly fit your wishes. Fees are for an enhanced basic service but all available additional options are clearly priced with no hidden cost, so you know beforehand what you will pay. (There will be additional fees for cremation or burial but the method and location are your choice).
All the services of a simple funeral but with following additional benefits: Your funeral director will prepare the body and dress them according to your wishes. Embalming is an option. They will offer a choice of coffins from which you can choose, or you can upgrade to your own choice of coffin or casket at supplementary cost. Visiting the deceased in the Chapel of Rest is available out of hours. On the day of the funeral a cortege can be arranged with the deceased taken to the funeral location by hearse - you can also choose a specialist hearse for an additional cost. Pallbearers are available. You can hold the ceremony and committal at different venues - for example a church, and then the committal at a crematorium or cemetery - if you wish. Your funeral director will be on hand throughout the day to assist with arrangements and make sure everything goes as planned.
A Full Service Funeral is a suitable choice when:
Quality and available choices are more important than cost.
You want a memorable high-quality send-off which is fully tailored to your requirements and needs.
You value service and are willing to pay for it, ensuring that the Funeral Director’s staff are available at all times to support you and ensure everything goes to plan.
The “full service” option provides the highest quality standard of service to deliver a “full send-off” traditional funeral with no additional fees. But with the option to select from a range of additional enhanced services it is possible to create a fully bespoke funeral which will set the standard, and ensure the deceased’s passing is remembered for years. Expect the closest attention to detail, and exceptional service from your Funeral Director who will prove invaluable in assisting you in planning and organising your memorable event.

£2,500.00 The least expensive option if you want a funeral ceremony with people in attendance. Get all the basics for a single set price from your Funeral Director. (There will be additional fees for cremation or burial but the method and location are your choice).
Your funeral director will collect the deceased into their care within a 50-mile radius, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no extra cost. They will prepare the body dressing them in a white gown or the deceased’s own clothes and supply a simple coffin. You can visit the deceased within office hours in their chapel of rest. The body will be transferred to the funeral location in a ceremonial vehicle or hearse with your funeral director in attendance at the ceremony.
A Simple Funeral is a suitable choice when:
You want to arrange a “proper funeral” with mourners, but money is short or cost is a defining factor.
You want all the essentials and a ceremony supported with outstanding levels of care and service but you don’t want to incur unnecessary additional costs.
You are prepared to forego some “extras” like a cortege, to do the flowers and the order of service yourself; or buy add-ons on a pay-as-you-go basis.
The least expensive traditional funeral option with all the basics required for a cremation or burial with mourners in attendance. You will still need to pay additional fees for Cremation or Burial but you can make the choice based on preference or cost. Any additions you require over and above the basic service offered can be added to your order at known cost with no hidden charges.

£1,699.00 Low cost budget option which provides for a short, basic meeting for up to 12 mourners to say a last farewell. Music can be played and words spoken but there is no formal service. Price includes Crematorium fees but not fees for celebrant.
Funeral will take place at a day agreed with your service provider. Funeral will take take place "off-peak" (normally 0830 or 0900 Tuesday to Friday). Available locations may be restricted to those approved by your funeral director/direct cremation provider. The deceased will be have been collected into their care. They will prepare the body using a simple coffin. On your appointed day your loved one's coffin will be resting in the chapel awaiting your arrival. Music can be played and mourners can pay their last respects but there is no provision for a ceremony. The ashes will be returned to you within a month for scattering at a time and place of your choosing.
Intimate Cremation is a suitable choice when:
You want to say "a last farewell" to the deceased but do not require a formal ceremony. Money be short or costs may be a consideration.
You are relatively flexible as to the date and location of the funeral.
You are willing to restrict numbers so be an intimate event which can only be attended by a maximum 12 people.
The least expensive funeral which provides the option to grieve and enable a small group of relatives and friends to say "a last farewell" to the deceased. What you see is what you pay and all costs (including cremation costs) are included in the price. But while accepting the restrictions are rewarded with lower costs, more choices will require an upgrade. If you need more flexibility on location, date or guest numbers a more traditional funeral (simple or full-service funeral) may be appropriate.

The least expensive funeral option available with no additional costs is an increasingly preferred choice in a world where people have often lost contact with their roots and/or where friends or celebration have become more important than family or funeral ceremony.

£945.00 With Direct Cremation there is no funeral service and you will need to agree a date and time for delivery. You will not be permitted attend the actual cremation. This option includes cremation fees only (see below).
Direct Cremation is always the cheapest option but if you book directly with the crematorium you will need to arrange for the collection of the body from the place of death and its delivery to the crematorium as well as provision of a coffin or shroud. Memorialise can assist you in finding a Funeral Director to transport the body and assist and advise in your choice of coffins and shrouds.
Direct Cremation is a suitable choice when:
You wish the body to be cremated at this particular location. (Direct Cremations purchased through a funeral director may not allow you to choose the location).
A Funeral Service or ‘Celebration of Life’ is being held elsewhere before or after the Cremation but you prefer the Cremation to take place without people present.
You want to “Do it Yourself” as much as possible for either belief reasons, or because you are on a very tight budget.
The least expensive funeral option available and an increasingly preferred choice in a world where people have often lost contact with their roots and/or where friends or celebration have become more important than family or funeral ceremony. If you are willing to a buy a shroud direct and transport the body there is no cheaper option aside from home burial.
